Today's review period turned into a construction competition to see who could build the tallest free-standing structure out of spaghetti and marshmallows. Students earned building supplies by correctly answering various prerequisite skill questions.
As an intro to data management, we prepared Ken and Barbie for their first date, providing them with ample choices as to what to wear.
Friday, September 11th we took a cultural trip to Paris, taking a look at "La Tour Eiffel". We started off with an investigation of different facts about France's most popular attraction. We then constructed our own "Tour Eiffel" using wafer cookies and icing (see pictures below). The most delicious part of the day was the deconstruction of the towers.
